- Place electronic keybox enabling a record of all who enter the home and access through CSS of showings scheduled and feedback of buyers’ reactions
- Phone those agents not providing feedback
- Place Ebby Sign – recognizable throughout DFW
- Prepare and place graphics – color and black and white for inside and outside your home
- Provide in-home graphics, community info and swimming pool rendering
